- Estimated Shipping Windows: Please note that items labeled as "Pre-Order" are not currently in stock. Estimated shipping timelines are clearly published on each respective product description page. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that your credit card will be charged at the time of checkout to secure your production inventory allotment.
- Fulfillment Updates: We are committed to transparency. If any unexpected manufacturing delays occur, we will proactively notify all pre-order holders via email with updated estimated delivery dates. You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item officially enters our final packaging and fulfillment queue.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
- Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a flat fee of $9.99 for standard orders.
- Free Shipping Threshold: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders totaling $99.00 or more (calculated before taxes and after any discounts are applied).
- Carrier Networks: Orders are securely shipped via standard ground services through USPS or UPS.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our warehouse to package and process your order before it ships. Once dispatched, standard transit times generally take 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be emailed to you automatically as soon as your label is printed.
Returns & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included components.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error, please contact us immediately. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and cover 100% of the return shipping costs to send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Return Process & Payout Timelines
- Initiate a Return: Please navigate to our Contact Us page. Provide your name, email, order number, and a brief detail of the item you wish to return.
- Return Shipping: For standard customer returns (change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Refund Processing: Once your return package is delivered to our facility, please allow 3 to 5 business days for our team to inspect the inventory and process the return. Once approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, funds generally take 5 to 10 business days to post back to your bank account.

- Compliance Notice: As a manufacturer of premium tactical components and muzzle devices, we strictly adhere to all federal, state, and local firearms regulations. While our suppressor-compatible muzzle devices are legal to manufacture and own, certain states restrict their installation, importation, or delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure the items ordered are fully legal to possess and import into their local jurisdiction prior to checking out.
